Install Notes / Troubleshooting
Most 10/22 trigger guards have a small molding ridge where the magazine release pivots. If the pull-release feels sticky during installation:
Lightly deburr the indicated edge where the release moves in the trigger guard.
Add one small drop of oil at that contact point and where the release rides the pivot pin.
Action improves after initial use as the contact surfaces seat.
